All operations execute locally on the user’s device without transmitting media to remote servers.

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

You own or possess the necessary rights and permissions to process the media you upload into the local tool.
You will not use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights of any third party.
You will not use the Service to misrepresent synthetic media as authentic journalistic photojournalism or for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Lunivae does not claim any ownership rights over the images, videos, or outputs you process using the tool. All rights, title, and interest in your media remain entirely with you or the original rights holder.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Lunivae does not guarantee that the tool will meet every specific requirement or that reverse unblending will be completely imperceptible on all non-standard media crops.
